• We use Royal Mail to ship our glitter kits around the UK

• Our usual post day is on a Thursday. If you need your glitter kit faster than this, please get in touch to arrange

• Our standard delivery method is First Class for our Glitter Survival Kits and First Class Signed For on our Ultimate Glitter Survival Kits

• Please allow us 48 hours to process your order and our standard process & shipping is 2-4 days

• We do not currently ship internationally. If you’d like to purchase a kit from us and you’re outside of the UK, please get in touch first to discuss

• Delivery times are just a guideline – we are not responsible for any delays incurred by the postal service

What to do if you haven’t received your order

 

• If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days, please contact us

• We are not responsible for orders which have gone missing due to the customer adding the incorrect address details on at check out.
